The company’s technology portfolio includes NEOcore technology and leading-edge air-cooling ULTIMA and AURORA product platforms based on an advanced two-phase cooling approach. CooliBlade's advanced thermal simulation experience ensures the optimization of performance and price points for custom-tailored thermal management solutions, even for the most demanding power electronics applications. CooliBlade entered a growth phase last year by introducing a new production line and achieving a critical milestone through ISO 9001 certification.
CooliBlade has now joined the EEX Advisory Program (EEX Global), an intensive one-year collaboration that brings experienced corporate leaders together with entrepreneurs and the operational board to serve as an advisory board for participating start-up and growth companies. The program is designed to bring entrepreneurial and corporate leadership together, pairing start-ups with seasoned executives to accelerate learning and decision-making when resources are limited. During the program, CooliBlade will be regularly reviewed on the most critical growth topics and will build its growth plan together with its advisory team approximately every 3-4 weeks. CooliBlade’s program advisors will be Anttijussi Salminen (ABB), Arne Freund (Deutsche Telekom), Chung-Anh Tran (Deutsche Bahn), and Thomas Vallant (Sandvik), who will bring multidisciplinary skills and long-term experience to assist CooliBlade’s operational board in setting and achieving ambitious growth plans.
CooliBlade’s goal in the EEX program is to update its new growth strategy and sharpen its execution path for scaling while benefiting from close, hands-on collaboration with large, global, experienced leaders. By combining CooliBlade’s deep thermal management expertise with structured advisory support, the company aims to accelerate progress toward measurable growth targets throughout the year-long program.
“Joining the EEX Advisory Program is an important step for CooliBlade as we enter our next phase of growth. Close collaboration with highly professional leaders from global companies helps us sharpen our strategy, validate our priorities, and accelerate our path to international scale. The program supports our goal of bringing greater insight into the execution of our growth strategy within the operational management team,” says Janne Suhonen, CEO of CooliBlade.
The EEX advisory board program's kick-off event was held in Helsinki on February 2-4 as an intensive training program, attended by nine start-up companies and tens of advisors supporting them. The kick-off event introduced other companies and participants through an engaging program. On the second day of the event, each participating company presented its strategy, and the year's development program was planned in more detail.
