The year 2026 will be very interesting for CooliBlade. Last year ended very well, when we achieved ISO 9001 quality certification, received a new production line that increased our production capacity 10 times, and most of our innovative, tailored, custom-made concepts were delivered as prototype devices by the end of the year. In addition, CooliBlade was selected for Business Finland’s DeepTech commercialization program, and we invested significantly in international growth, particularly in Europe and Asia.
The core of CooliBlade's company has been to combine the innovative NEOcore with fast and efficient design from the beginning. We are very proud to have developed thermal simulation expertise to the point where we can achieve an accuracy of about 1-2 degrees in most designs. This is a significant advantage that allows us to prove to our customers the suitability of our technology for even the most demanding applications.
Prototype development has been significantly accelerated by our ready-made AURORA and ULTIMA platform releases. These modular solutions helped us create over 20 innovative new concepts for our customers last year. This year, we will launch a new generation of product platforms and are actively seeking pilot customers for them in the spring. Stay tuned!
As early as last year, we saw strong interest in efficient thermal management solutions across several emerging application areas. In particular, the evolution of component technologies and the widespread adoption of SiC components will drive increased interest in NEOcore technology. With power density increasing by up to 3-5 times, this will also challenge traditional thermal management technologies. The performance of aluminum cooling solutions will inevitably limit the implementation of efficient modules, and for this reason, NEOcore's advanced, modular, and cost-effective solution will be a very interesting option in many applications. A limitation of traditional heat pipe technology is the associated drying challenges at high power densities. Last year, we were able to offer customers in aluminum heat-pipe applications a viable alternative that delivered both higher performance and cost-effectiveness. If you would like to see the limits of state-of-the-art air-cooling technology, don’t hesitate to ask our experts to provide a brief introduction to the teams.
CooliBlade combines the unique patented modular NOEcore thermosiphon innovation, fast, high-quality thermal design, and rapidly scalable ction. We have already built significant collaborations with many of the industry’s leading players across several application areas, including renewable energy, frequency converters, telecommunications, and e-mobility. This year, we will continue developing the technology and expanding production scalability in both Europe and Asia. This will give us a strong foothold as a leading pioneer in the industry in the most demanding power electronics applications.
Let’s work together to deliver better products for the new era of electrification.
