The next generation of the most efficient air cooling is here. ULTIMA-X combines an expanded baseplate with patented NEOcore thermal channels, delivering integrated 3D phase-change technology for high-density converter and inverter designs. The fully aluminium NEOcore-X evaporator eliminates thermal interfaces inside the heat sink, enabling the whole structure to work, not just the area directly above the module.
ULTIMA-X fits the installation envelope of conventional heat sink solutions. And when the application calls for something purpose-built, we engineer the solution around your geometry.

For the first time, a single ULTIMA unit serves multiple power modules simultaneously. One expanded baseplate replaces what previously required several individual heat sinks.

Pipe length extends, and air interface height increases to match your power requirements. Performance scales with height.
