Oulu, September 2026. Halfway through a one-year international advisory board program, with the midpoint gathering held in Helsinki this week.
CooliBlade has reached the halfway point of the EEX Journey, a one-year program that pairs a growth-stage company with a dedicated international advisory board. CooliBlade joined in February 2026. The company's board is Anttijussi Salminen (ABB), Arne Freund (Deutsche Telekom), Chung-Anh Tran (Deutsche Bahn) and Thomas Vallant (Sandvik). The midpoint is marked this week in Helsinki, where advisory board members present the companies they have worked with to the rest of the program.
Since spring, CooliBlade's management team has met the board in monthly workshops covering sales process development from new customer acquisition through key account development, production scale-up, internationalisation, financing, and the operational efficiency of the management team itself.

In June, the advisory board travelled to Oulu. The visit was devoted to a single workshop examining, in depth, the quality and scalability of CooliBlade production.
The program runs for a full year and continues into 2027. CooliBlade's target is to grow revenue 4 to 5 times over the next 24 months, and much of the board's work has been testing whether the plan behind that target holds. Having people who have scaled industrial businesses challenge the sequencing, question assumptions, and mentor the management team directly has sharpened decision-making and moved the work forward faster than the company could have alone.
