CooliBlade is proud to announce the appointment of Kimmo Tyni as its new Vice President of Production. Kimmo brings extensive experience in global supply chain management, production strategy, and manufacturing processes, along with a broad network of industry partners. His impressive career includes senior roles at leading companies such as Optomed Oyj, BBS Oyj, Nokia Oyj, and Varjo Oy, where he has been responsible for various production-related functions, including global supply chain management, factory operations, maintenance, storage management, production reporting, quality improvements and procurement.
Kimmo’s wealth of expertise will be instrumental in scaling CooliBlade’s production capabilities and strengthening the company’s position as a leading provider of cutting-edge thermal management solutions for the power electronics market.

In his new role, Kimmo will oversee CooliBlade’s production chain operations, work closely with global manufacturing partners, and develop and execute a comprehensive production strategy. He will also focus on building a scalable manufacturing network to support mass production, planning manufacturing concepts, managing production transfers, and leading a skilled manufacturing and warehouse team.

Looking ahead, Kimmo envisions CooliBlade becoming a key player in the thermal management industry, serving leading power electronics companies worldwide. As his first task, Kimmo will begin familiarizing himself with CooliBlade’s partner and subcontractor network to establish strong collaboration within the network.
Outside of work, Kimmo enjoys spending time with his family and exploring nature, which helps him maintain a healthy work-life balance.
