ULTIMA has been engineered to handle power levels up to 2,5 kilowatts per module with thermal resistance of 0.028 K/W, making it a robust and reliable choice for a vast range of industrial power electronics applications. Its exceptional performance is attributed to its large integrated evaporator and optimized fin structure, demonstrating CooliBlade’s commitment to the cutting-edge cooling technology.
